  • Your quote includes your selected bar package, professional bartenders, setup, and breakdown, custom menu design, bar decor, drink garnish prep, cooler use, and all bar tools needed to serve your guests.

    Travel within the local service area is included. Additional fees may apply outside that radius.

    If you’re interested in adding desserts, we can also coordinate with our sister company Elegant Treats for gourmet churros, waffle pop, ice cream sundaes, charcuterie boards, and more.


  • No. Elegant Pours is a dry hire mobile bar, meaning you provide the alcohol we provide the full bartending experience.

    We’ll send you a personalized shopping list based on your event.


  • We create a customized shopping based on your guest count, menu, and event duration. Our recommendations help you purchase the perfect amount saving you money while keeping the bar stocked.

  • Yes, Elegant Pour carries general liability and liquor liability insurance. A COI can be provided upon request.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

    The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

    We accept Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard and invoice payments.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

    We are happy to reschedule your date if availability allows.

  • Our team arrives 90-120 minutes prior to service start time to set up, prep garnishes, decorate the bar and chill beverages if needed.

  • Absolutely, our mobile bar setups are designed for both large and small spaces.

    An 8-10 ft wide space is ideal.

  • We ask for:

    • One standard power outlet

    • Access to an unloading zone

    • shade/cover if outdoors

    • water access (if required by venue)

    We work easily with all venues, coordinators and planners.

  • Yes, all packages include premium disposable cups. Glassware rentals and champagne flutes are available as upgrades.

  • Yes, we offer full mocktail service, infused water, lemonades, boba tea and kids’ stations.

  • Yes, we customize cocktails to match your theme, colors, or event style.
